These would be quite applicable to our actions in-game, and even in real life, so let me post the archaic(i.e. ancient) and the 'modern' version of the Jedi Code :
There is no emotion; there is peace.
There is no ignorance; there is knowledge.
There is no passion; there is serenity.
There is no chaos; there is harmony.
There is no death; there is the Force.
The Jedi are the guardians of peace in the galaxy.
The Jedi use their powers to defend and protect, never to attack others.
The Jedi respect all life, in any form.
The Jedi serve others rather than ruling over them, for the good of the galaxy.
The Jedi seek to improve themselves through knowledge and training.
Just the few normal requirements :
-Be friendly to everyone, especially guild members.
-Be patient and willing to resolve conflicts properly
-Don't disturb others for the fun of it
-Chit-chat if you like, don't just train! (Unless it interferes with them combos =/ )
-Be a good mediator(not compulsory but preferred, well we're the Jedi!)
-Know when to talk peace, and when to draw the sword/bow/Force
-Be helpful! Especially money/drop wise, help and share with your guild members if you can. Help newbies if you can, too! (of course if you need to buy equipment and stuff, I won't force you)
PLEASE NOTE : I do not recommend you to join, if you think I/we're busybodies, because sometimes, being a mediator means you can't just stand idly by while a conflict between two or more people is breaking out, even if it means you'll be involved in the crossfire; and the Jedi Order in the famed fictional universe "Star Wars" are trusted peacemakers/mediators.
Only if you agree that you are able to follow, and do the above, then will you be admitted as a Jedi.
The rules and guidelines we set for ourselves is to prevent us from becoming the one thing we sought to fight and protect others against : evil.
In no way should you skip the Jedi Code; it is not helpful only for Jedi fans, but for everyone as well.
We hope these set of codes would help you not only when you play Cabal, or Star Wars games, but in real life also. Especially to remind you, why the Jedi exist in the first place.
